TRAINING FOR THE LICENSEE
Training starts with a three day session in Newmarket, Ontario. You'll learn all of the product knowledge you need to know to be successful. Then you start selling in your own territory.
Once you've spent a week or so on your own, we'll come to your region and work with you in the field.
Once you've become proficient at selling the advertising, you will want to start hiring your own team. The amount of time it takes to get to this level will vary for each Licensee based on how well you learn, and your past experiences. Someone who's had years of Sales Management experience will be able to move forward faster than someone who's had little management experience.
At that point you will be trained for Sales Management ala SavingUmoney.ca's way.

This is where your strengths come in to play. Use the training that you were given to build your own team. You'll go out in the field with each sales person until they are fully trained, and capable of doing a great job for you, the company, and most importantly, earning a rewarding income.

Just like McDonalds, every step of the way is laid out for you in the Sales Manual and the Sales Management Manual. Videos of the presentation are available for those that learn better visually than by reading.
